Sometimes I feel like an "un-appointed" advocated for my neighborhood. I can count at least 6-7 properties that I can walk to within 15 minutes from my apartment. I look online to see who owns what, ask people on the block, go to the Department of Buildings, whatever works. I have been getting better with my searching and may have found some diamonds in the rough. I do need some help with the legalities and understanding the complexities of NYC. Basically I know I can help others as well as make a living investing in such properties just don't where to go from here.
