I found a property in JC that is owned by BofA. The notice on the building was dated 2010. Went on BofA site and there was no listing for the property because its too old. How can I find out the status of property that is in BofA's inventory?
I was scheduled for last Sat. training but because of Irean it was rescheduled for this coming Sat. However, I am traveling Thurs. to Cape Code for a long labor day mini vacation. I will not be able to attend this Sat. Hopefully I get credit to attend in the fulure.

Hey Nick how would i solve the issue of co-wholesaling a deal, I am able to connect a seller and buyer and want to be part of the transaction. The seller is ok with splitting the wholesale spread with me, what paper work should I use? Nice job this weekend too.
