I have a house in Cherry Hill, worth about $180-$200k, in good shape.

However, for years the tenants have had their way with it, and tore the heck out of it.

It is a late 50's house, and has never had upgrades.

I am living in Florida, and, therefore, not able to do a "Hands On' renovation.

My question is, do I pay to have the property renovated, and sell a nice, updated home,

or do I sell the home "As Is', and let some other enterprising entity do the work?

It all depends on what your willing to get it go for.  What are you asking for the property?
