Everyone wants a great deal and hopefully you'll find that here. I'm not sure where you're buying but I have a house with absolutely insane equity!!! The house has a FMV of $474,000 according to the municipality ( which is usually lower than the actual value) and zillow has it's value at $493,000 that I'm selling it to the first $180,000 offer. It's a 7 br 3.5 ba mansion within walking distance to the Hudson River. This one is brick construction and massive and will be worth $750,000- $850,000 once the market becomes more stable.
