I purchase and sell real estate properties. My main areas are in Philadelphia, PA and the NY City and surrounding areas. I also buy and sell private mortgage notes and develop lease option purchase agreements.
What I am looking for is... (be specific, this is important)
Properties that I can buy at a discount (generally less than 65%) of the After Repair Value. My first desire is to resell (flip) the properties that I acquire but I will also purchase buy and hold rental properties in the right areas that cash flow.
