What I have to offer is... (be specific, this is important)
I am 23 and just graduated from Boston College with a degree in economics. I am interested in starting to build relationships with investors so that I can learn and do business with them.

I am a hard worker, and I am determined to create my wealth through real estate. I know that as soon as I get my feet wet in this business I will catch on quickly and become a very successful investor.
What I am looking for is... (be specific, this is important)
I am looking for the people who in the future I will look back at and say they were the ones who helped me launch my successful career in real estate investing. In short, I am looking for a MENTOR.

Ever since I read my first real estate/wealth building book last March (Rich Dad, Poor Dad) I have continued reading similar books. Now I am taking action, beginning by learning to whole sale properties in the Long Island and New Jersey areas.
