Hi fellow investors,

 

I need the full shortsale package, all the forms that i need to submit my deals to nick. I have a system now that puts this business on virtual auto pilot, including how to market for pre-foreclosures at absolutely no cost to you and the work is done for you by your realtor and the negotiation done for you by Nicks company or whichever company you use to negotiate your short sales, so what's left for you to do? Collect your check  ;-)

Hi, are you guys following the progress of PRE-FORECLOSURE BILLS
A359 – S1651 through Trenton?  The Assembly passed it without a single no vote and it is coming up for a vote in the Senate this year.  If it gets signed into law, short sales, sub-2 deals, lease options, wraps, everything useful, becomes illegal.  Better write your State Senator and the bill sponsor now before it is too late.
