Has anyone used Zach Childress's Automated Deal Maker System?
My partners and I purchased his system back in October, but this month is when we finally were ready to put out some offers using it. We ran into a few kinks that we are now working out and will be running our initial campaign soon. Has anyone actually used this system and been successful at it? Any tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
